Drill a hole on the equipment shell.
Installl the intelligent bolt embeded with a sensor.
Keep the bolt top surface at the same position of internal surface of wear plate.
The sensor would be worn together with wear platn and general signal.
Signal would be received and transferred to be remain thickness of wear plate on the software.
The thickness data would be analized and prodict the service life of wear plate.
The output from the system indicate the expected wear plate replacement time.
It eliminates the labor, shut down time, and cost.
